Södermalm is an interesting area with old building, but not as old as in Gamla Stan.
It has several spots appeared in the trilogy Girl with Dragon Tattoo, including the restaurant/bar Kvarnen and Bellmansgattan 1, Mikael Blomkvist's home.
There is a nice walkway along the cliff, where at the end, there was a park to watch sunset.
