Surprisingly, credit card in Denmark, for me was a bit inconvenient, since my card has no PIN, and most vendors in Denmark required credit card with PIN only, including the train ticket vendor. Fortunately, ATM is everywhere.

Places

Nyhavn
http://www.nyhavn.com/
Colorful buildings along the harbour look cute.
There are lots of nice cafe, restaurant, and event, especially the Jazz Festival during my visit.

Freetown Christiania
http://www.christiania.org/
A town tries to live by their own rule, their own way.
Looks characteristic, unique, and nice.

The Little Mermaid
It said the most famous, and least interesting (as per Lonely Planet)
At Langelinje Pier.

Amalienborg Palace

The address is Gamle Carlsberg Vej 11, 1799 Copenhagen V.
Free shuttle service
From May to September a free shuttle service is available between the centre of Copenhagen and Visit Carlsberg. Red Busses departs from Hotel Royal, Vesterbrogade 6, Copenhagen, every hour from 10 AM to 3 PM. The shuttle returns from Carlsberg every hour between 10.40 AM and 3.40 PM.

Eat

Smørrebrød
eat at:
- Schonnemann
http://www.restaurantschonnemann.dk/?ulang=2
Open in 1877.
Booked it, arrived late, and got rejected since they said they had sold my seat.
- Orangeriet
coba salmon asap dengan telur bertabur truffle
- Aamanns
http://www.aamanns.dk/
taburan gooseberry and watercress.
- Cap Horn
A restaurant in Nyhavn, recommended by Lonely Planet.
Spent DKK 224 on fried fish and a beer.
Not really like it.

Accommodation

Urban House
http://urbanhouse.me/
The newest establishment here.
Center location, it looks nice, the decoration.
It said there is no reception for check in, all the check in detail sent by email.
For DKK 180, it's the cheapest, and linen is included.
Booked directly at the website.
Love the location just next to Central Station and bus stops, love the interior, love the food (the asian hot dog was yummy) and the bar, love the helpful staff, love the system of the hostel.
2 things that a bit annoyed me,
1. the street might be a little noise at night by the drunken people since it is located near red light district, but i always bring my ear plug.
2. on 10 july few minutes past midnight, i was really eager to drink a beer, but the staff refused to serve me saying it was closed. but i saw he served other people. when i asked him why he served others not me, he said they were staff only. i didn't feel really good about it. you could have made me very happy and satisfied on my thirst if you could have applied the same rule flexibility on me too, not only to your fellow staff.

Woodah Hostel
http://woodah-hostel.com/
Attracted by free yoga and free organic breakfast.
Also the design of beds that said like Japanese capsule hotel.
DKK 224 booked at Booking.com.
The location is about 1km further from the Central Station, compared to Urban House.
Upper bed, difficult to climb, also too close to the ceiling. Bed is small.
Breakfast, no hot items, only bread. My Android couldn't recognize the wifi, though my iPhone could.
Yoga Class is nice, limited only 5 persons due to the space. Location not bad, just at night there were annoying people in the Red Light district offering something, near bus stop for Bus 9A that goes to Operaen and Christiana Freetown.
Would rather stay in Urban House.

Quite difficult to decide which hostels to choose since many great options like below:

Danhostel
http://www.danhostel.dk/
It said to be 5 stars hostel and the largest hostel in Europe.
It was my first choice originally, but gave it up since according to review in Trip Advisor, many people permanently live there. Also the linen is charged separately for about USD 5.
Also they are doing renovation till summer end.
Strangely they are not in Hostelworld, Hostelbookers, and Hostelling International (though they are a member of HI), but they can be booked at their website directly and Booking.com.

Generator Hostel
http://generatorhostels.com/en/destinations/copenhagen/
Really looks nice and good review, the only thing is they are chain hostel around Europe.

Copenhagen Downtown Hostel
http://www.copenhagendowntown.com/
Attracted by their free pasta dinner and free walking tour.
The thing is I think the place is too "social" for me (a good place to socialize).
